The aim of organizing the event is to ignite innovative ideas & technology solution to eradicate social problem. 10 teams each with 2 students participated for the event. The competition was divided into 3 rounds: Pitch, Debate and Execution accuracy

Event held at Nukkadwala café. 11 Participants from GHRCE and other colleges of Nagpur were registered to perform. Stand-up shows like Stand-up comedy, poetry, mono act, singing were performed.



Entrepreneurship Orientation program for First Year

1st August 2019

The objective of the program is to orient newly admitted first year students towards entrepreneurship. Mr.Kartik Kale, Director, Jaika Motors was the chief guest of the program. Mr.Rohan Tanksale, Director, TMS Consutancy & Mr.Mohansh Nikhade, Cofounder, Moralis Tech Pvt Ltd were amongst the other speaker for the program. Both Rohan & Mohanish are GHRCE alumni entrepreneurs.

The new e-Cell student committee for 2019–20 was also installed by invited guests.



“The Social Surge”: Talk series on Social Entrepreneurship; Talk by Wasudev Mishra, Founder of Silaigram

16th August 2019

Talk Series on Social Entrepreneurship named as “The Social Surge”. Under this talk series, first talk organized of Mr.Wasudev Mishra, Founder of social venture Silaigram. Silargram is a Social startup which upcycle waste from garment factories and decor shops to produce beautiful jholas (carry bags) and kurtis.

Wasudev talks about importance of Goal setting in life. He also explained the concept of Empathy which is one of the core element in Entrepreneurship.

8. PM-Yuva Orientation and Entrepreneurship Awareness Program 7 Dec Ms Dipika Sharma (Nodal Officer, PM-Yuva) informs about the PM-Yuva project, its importance and how it is going to implement. Program also comprises of talks by young Entrepreneurs of Nagpur. Mr.Ashutush Mundhada, (Founder, You-Physio),  Mr.Annirudh Raich, (Founder & Promoter Ncyclopedia), Mr.Ankur Alok Raj (Founder Motorodi), Mr.Viraj Voditel (Founder & CEO, TechTure) was amongst the speakers who shared their entrepreneurial journey. 9. Mumbai Dabbawala’s Session on “Supply Chain Management” 15 Dec A session on “Supply Chain Management” by Mumbai Dabbawala was organized. Session was delivered by Mr.Shubhash Talekar, Spokesperson and Secretary of Mumbai Dabbawala Association. In all more than 1700 students attended the talk by Mr.Shubhash Talekar.
10. iB-Hubs Power[X] Workshop on Entrepreneurship 16 Dec Power [X] workshop on ‘Entrepreneurial Mindset’ and ‘Idea Generation and Validation’. Mr. Dharani Manne, VP - Startup Activities, iB Hubs conducted the 2- hour workshop wherein students were orientated towards Entrepreneurship. Over 150 students attended the workshop.
11. Session on "Women Start-up Program" by IIM-Banglore at IIM-Nagpur 18 Jan IIM Nagpur has partnered with the N S Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL) at IIM Bangalore for the 'Women Startup Programme' this year. The Programme, funded by Goldman Sachs and Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, is targeted at aspiring women entrepreneurs. 13 students from GHRCE attended the program.
12. Guest Lecture on Lean Start-up by Varun Sahu, Swapposto Founder 5 Feb Swapposto is a lean start-up which has soft launching in Nagpur and Pune. Mr.Varun Sahu, Founder of Swapposto informed the students about lean start-up. The lecture was attended by 39 First Year MBA students.
